Call for papers
Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the Conference Organizing Committee, I would like to inform you of the:
TWELFTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON KNOWLEDGE, CULTURE, AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
University Center
Chicago, Illinois, USA
6-8 July 2012
http://www.ManagementConference.com
We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Twelfth International Conference on Knowledge, Culture, and Change Management. The Management Conference and its companion journal are devoted to those intangible drivers which determine not only the livability of organizations for insiders, and their credibility and attraction to outsiders; but also their tangible results in the form of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. The intangibles of knowledge, culture and change management do not appear on balance sheets, but ultimately do have an enormous impact on ‘bottom lines.
We are pleased to host the Management Conference this year at the University Center in Chicago, Illinois. Chicago is the third-largest city in the United States with a rich history of industry, innovation, and culture. It was ranked by Forbes Magazine as the 5th most economically powerful city in the world, and the Chicago Area is the home to twelve Fortune Global 500 companies, including Boeing, Kraft Foods, Motorola, and McDonalds.
In addition to an impressive line-up of international plenary speakers, the conference will also include paper presentations, roundtable discussions, workshops, and colloquia submitted by practitioners, teachers and researchers. Please refer to the Call-for-Papers for proposal submission guidelines and descriptions of sessions. Presenters may also choose to submit written papers for publication in the fully refereed International Journal of Knowledge, Culture, and Change Management. If you are unable to attend the conference in person, virtual registrations are also available.
Visit our website for more information about the conference, our submission process, and this year’s themes, to sign up for our monthly e-newsletter, and to become an active member of our community. It is all available at: http://www.ManagementConference.com
The deadline for the next round in the call for papers (a title and short abstract) is 19 January 2012. Future deadlines will be announced on the conference website after this date.
We look forward to receiving your proposal and hope you will be able to join us in Chicago in July 2012.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr. Kathryn Sloane Weisbaum
